Tomato sorbet
Instructions
Mix everything (except the tarragon and Chervil to be added to the end) and pass it to the mixer until mixture is smooth; remove from mixer, add the herbs finely cisellate, mix and let sorbettare in the ice cream maker.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 100 cl of history of fresh tomatoes
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 green lemons
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 10 cl of water
- Tarragon
- Chervil
