Lemongrass sorbet
Instructions
Lemongrass can be cool (better) or dry.
Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil.
Turn off the heat, cover and leave to infuse 10 minutes.
Leave to cool, filter and navigate in the ice cream maker.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 tablespoon of lemongrass
- 2 oranges (juice)
- 100 cl of water
- 350 g of sugar
