Wild strawberry sorbet
Instructions
Clean the strawberries and blend for 2 minutes with sugar, the juice of the lemon and the Orange.
Pour the mixture into 1 steel pan and put in freezer for 2 hours.
Then blend the mixture until it becomes frothy and put it back in the freezer for 1 hour.
Blend 2 minutes and still travasarlo in the Pan; cover with 1 piece of plastic wrap and store in the freezer.
Serve the sorbet into individual bowls and garnish with fresh strawberries.

- 450 g of strawberries
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 orange
