Instructions

Wash the mandarins, remove the top cover and spremeteli without breaking the skin will keep aside.

Simmer for a quarter of an hour the water with sugar, let cool, add the juice passed to the colander of mandarins, lemon, Orange and syrup.

Stir, pour into a container bottom and largo, cover and let set in freezer.

After three quarters of an hour, stir the mixture, place in the freezer.

Repeat the operation until the sorbet is ready.

Served in the peel of mandarins.
