Hazelnut soufflé
Instructions
Diced sandwiches after removing the crust, let them soak in milk until they become soft, spremeteli well and rinse in colander.
Mix the butter and sugar with half vanilla sugar, rum, grated lemon peel, cinnamon and egg yolks until foam is formed.
Mix the sandwiches, beat whites the egg whites with the remaining sugar and mix.
Stir the walnuts, breadcrumbs and flour and mix.
Pour the paste thus obtained into the mold, buttered and floured it and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
