Cheese souffle
Instructions
Stir 1 cup of creamy bechamel with 3 egg yolks, 125 g of grated cheese and a pinch of pepper.
Beat the egg whites until foamy and incorporated the mass.
Pour everything into the pot and simmer additional steamed for 40-50 minutes.
