Frozen souffle with mint and chocolate
Instructions
Finely grate the chocolate.
Whip until stiff egg whites with a pinch of salt; firmly mounted even cream.
Sift icing sugar over the cream and gently embed spilling the mass from the bottom up not to dismantle it.
Stir cream also Mint syrup, then the egg whites and grated chocolate.
Split the mixture into 4 small individual dishes and put them in the freezer for about 3/4 of an hour or until it is firm but not icy.
Serve the Souffles in dishes.

- 350 g of whipping cream
- 3 egg whites
- 10 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons of syrup mint
- 50 G = = Chocolate
- 1 pinch of salt
