Spaghetti ice cream sundaes
Instructions
Cook the pitted cherries in a saucepan with 1 glass of wine, sugar, honey, cinnamon, cloves, Peel and lemon juice for about 15 minutes.
Put in freezer 4 dessert dishes.
Drain the cherries from the syrup and to restrict the latter to medium heat.
Put the ice cream into potato masher and let it fall in the form of spaghetti on plates; arrange around the cherries and sprinkle everything with cold syrup.

- 500 g of vanilla ice cream
- 500 g of cherries
- Sugar
- Honey
- Lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 glass white wine
- Splint cinnamon
- Cloves
