Spaghetti with Broccoli (2)
Instructions
Blanched broccoli for 10 minutes in salted water.
In a pan heat three tablespoons of oil with a knob of butter, let dry chopped onion and broccoli insaporitevi well drained.
Mix, spray them with four tablespoons of cream and, after 10 minutes, puree the whole thing.
Adjust salt and pepper.
Boil spaghetti in salted water.
Drain, toss with the cream of broccoli and cheese.
Accompanying wines: Lugana DOC, Velletri Bianco DOC, Gravina DOC.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 500 g of frozen broccoli
- Grated cheese
- 1 walnut butter
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
