Spaghetti with pistachios
Instructions
Boil salted water with the sachet of Saffron then enjoy spaghetti, which will become yellow, and cook al dente.
Meanwhile, blend the pistachios and mix with the softened butter and with a handful of pepper.
With this sauce seasoning spaghetti and sprinkle them with grated grana.

- 1 sachet of saffron
- 2 tablespoons of shelled pistachios
