Spaghetti with brandy
Instructions
Saute chopped onion, garlic and parsley with 4 tablespoons oil.
Combine the anchovies and disfarle water with the help of a fork.
Combine the tomato, brandy, salt and 1 pinch of sugar.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook spaghetti al dente, drain, pour in the sauce and let them stand for a few moments.
Pepper and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 2 salted anchovies
- == 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 200 g of tomato paste
- 1 dram of brandy
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
