Spaghetti with caviar and butter twice
Instructions
In a large saucepan bring to a boil lightly salted water and lessatevi the spaghetti in the proper place.
Meanwhile, in a small frying pan melt the butter gently and without focus to darken, as soon as it's ready insaporitelo with a pinch of salt and white pepper, then add the cream and caviar.
Stir two or three times and pour the sauce over the pasta.
Stir again with care so that the dressing adhere well to spaghetti and serve immediately with cheese.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 50 g of caviar
- 80 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- Grated cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
