Spaghetti with mascarpone
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the butter with the cream, add the mascarpone cheese, stir gently.
Cook spaghetti, drain, pour in sauce pan, stir; turn up the heat, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 25 cl of cream
- 150 g of mascarpone
- 50 g of butter
- Grated cheese
- Salt
