Instructions

Private Party's green onions, wash and slice it.

Blanch the beans in lightly salted water.

Drain while still crunchy.

Blanched separately also peas and then drain them.

Sauté the onion in a pan with a tablespoon of oil to medium flame, add the green beans and peas, add salt and continue cooking fresh focus.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in salted water.

Caution: If using fresh peas, cooking times are getting longer than ten minutes.

Chop the Basil and mint and mix them in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of grated cheese, one tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt and ground pepper.

Keep a tbsp of cooking water and drain the pasta.

Pour immediately into the pan with the vegetables, stir and add the chopped aromatic.

If necessary, diluted with a little water to leak out.

Mix all ingredients and serve immediately, adding cheese flakes and some fresh mint leaves and basil.
