Spaghetti with mozzarella
Instructions
Cut the mozzarella into cubes and place in a large bowl.
Melt the butter and incorporate the flour, cold milk little by little, add salt and combine the nut.
Cook for a few minutes.
Drain the pasta al dente and pour it on the mozzarella.
Add the hot sauce and mix.
Serve hot.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 300 g of milk
- 150 g of mozzarella
- 40 g of butter
- 20 g of flour
- 1/2 nut
