Spaghetti and clams
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water.
Wash the clams and place them in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 clove of garlic and the chopped parsley.
When the clams are open, remove from heat.
Shell the clams.
In another pan put to bake for about forty minutes, another tablespoon oil with the remaining garlic and the tomatoes cut into pieces; Add salt and pepper.
When the tomatoes have dissolved, add some cooking juice of the clams, white wine and let evaporate.
After drained spaghetti, put them in a dish and sprinkle the sauce at the end sprinkle with parsley.
