Spaghetti in soufflé
Instructions
Cook short-cropped, spaghetti toss with sauce and Parmesan, add the ham and sliced mozzarella, nutmeg, butter, egg yolks and the clear Mount Snow.
Arrange in a baking dish, bake and grill.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 100 g of butter
- 20 cl of bechamel
- 100 g of parmigiano
- 100 g of ham
- 100 g of mozzarella
- 3 eggs
- Nutmeg
- Salt
