Drunken Noodles (Spaghetti Ubriachi)
Instructions
Cook spaghetti al dente and put them into a bowl, keeping them warm.
Melt the butter in a saucepan to Hazel; Add the cognac and pour it on the dough.
Stir quickly adding the grated Parmesan cheese and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 200 g of butter
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 glass of cognac
- Salt
