Vegetarian spaghetti
Instructions
Clean and thinly cut vegetables and season with salt, pepper and oil.
Add a clove of garlic and add at least an hour.
Cook the pasta and pour over vegetables.
Turn well and serve.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 green pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 heart of celery
- 8 leaves basil
- Parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt

- Olive oil
