Curry noodles
Instructions
Gently whisk the cream with curry and a pinch of pepper.
Low heat melt the butter without it darken or FRY.
Boil the noodles in salted water, drain and pour into a soup tureen.
Serve immediately with melted butter, curry cream and a sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type noodles pasta
- 70 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 20 cl of cream
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Abundant of salt
- Sprinkling 1 of grated parmesan cheese
