The bottarga spaghettini
Instructions
In a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil, add half mullet cut into very thin slices and half crumbled.
Please add to low heat.
Boil the noodles in salted water just (the bottarga is very tasty) al dente, drain, pour in sauce pan, stir because insaporiscano.
Passed the noodles in serving dish.
Serve.
Accompanying wines: Gavi, Bolgheri DOC Bianco DOC, Vermentino Di Sardegna DOC.
