Saffron Noodles (Spaghettini allo Zafferano)
Instructions
Heat the cream with chopped ham and Parmesan.
Add the Saffron dissolved in a little water.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and combine the two raw egg yolks, stirring vigorously.
Drain the pasta and serve with prepared sauce, put onto the chopped parsley and hard boiled egg yolk sifted.

- 500 g of type noodles pasta
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 100 g of ham
- 1 glass of cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 hard-boiled egg yolk
- Saffron
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
