Lamb shoulder Fornaia
Instructions
Peel potatoes, onions, garlic and cut it into thin slices.
Grease a baking dish or roasting pan.
Spread on the bottom with a layer of potatoes, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with thyme, cover with onions and garlic.
Continue layers until exhaustion ingredients.
