The Jewish stew
Instructions
Slice the onion, carrot and pumpkin, then add the oil and butter.
FRY then add the stew and let Brown.
Season with salt and sprinkle with the marsala.
Let simmer for 20 minutes.

- 200 g of soy stew
- 400 g of yellow squash
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup of marsala wine
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Butter
