Lamb stew with potatoes and olives
Instructions
Brown the lamb in olive oil, then add the chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Combine the potatoes into chunks, stir and add the broth, thyme, Rosemary and bake covered, on fire, for 1 hour.
10 minutes before attempting to extinguish the fire incorporate the olives.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of chopped lamb
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 150 g of black olives
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 ladles of broth
- 4 potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
