Instructions
Mix salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons flour.
pass the meat in this mixture.
Heat the oil and Brown the meat on all sides; Add the tomatoes, stir and cover.
Cook for about 2 hours, until the meat is tender, stirring occasionally and adding water if necessary.
Dissolve 2 tablespoons flour in yoghurt and work until the mixture is smooth.
Incorporate this mixture to the meat, stirring until the sauce is thickened.
serve immediately.
