Chicken stew with almonds
Instructions
Cut the breasts into thirds lengthwise and in turn, each strip into small pieces.
In a pan heat the oil, put the stew, add the almonds and cook to vivacious fire for a few minutes stirring.
When the meat is nicely colourful pour soy sauce, salted and washed with water.
Cover.
Continue cooking for 20 minutes at moderate flame.
Served at the table piping hot.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 100 g of peeled almonds
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Salt
