Veal curry stew
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil and butter and let soften the chopped onions.
When they become transparent add the floured stew and FRY well sprightly focus.
After 5 minutes add salt and pepper.
Dissolve the curry with a little warm water and pour it over the meat.
Stir, cook covered over medium heat for 1 hour.
Add the thyme leaves and chopped parsley.
Passed on the serving dish.
Serve accompanied with rice pilaf or rice just boiled.
