Zurich stew
Instructions
Saute a chopped onion in 4 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Add 800 g thin slices of veal and brown them for 2 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 cup of white wine, salt, pepper, nutmeg and 1 cup of beef broth.
Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of cream when serving.

- 800 g of sliced thin veal
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 glass white wine

- 1 cup of meat broth
- 3 tablespoons of cream
