Stewed stew with potatoes and peas
Instructions
Cut into pieces not too large of pork or beef for stew, then toss them one at a time in flour.
Put them with the margarine to Brown in the pressure cooker without the lid.
Add a glass of dry white wine and let it absorb stirring.
Then add two nuts, salt, pepper, a glass of water, tomato puree (or a tube of triple tomato concentrate) and stir until it is all well mixed.
Pour a glass of milk, peeled potatoes cut into medium size cubes and peas and a bit of Basil.
Make sure that the future CAP gravy meat and potatoes and then close the pressure cooker and zip down the fire and cook for 25-30 minutes.
