Wild boar kebabs with plums and fried onion rings
Instructions
In a bowl put lard, meat, bread, parsley, egg, Rosemary and 1 20 g of prunes.
Grind and add salt and pepper, form the patties, then insert them in skewers and cook for 4 minutes and add remaining plums and wetting with water.
Pass the onion slices in flour, egg, milk and bread crumbs and FRY.
