Emmenthal and onion skewers
Instructions
Scalded onions separately and the Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water, cut into wedges early and half the Brussels sprouts.
Cut the cheese and the bread into large dice and infilzateli, alternating with vegetables, on 4 wooden skewers.
Put the skewers in the refrigerator to cool well in cheese.
Cook on hot grill for a few minutes, until the cheese starts to melt.
serve with a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt, a ground pepper and serve.

- 400 g of emmenthal cheese
- 4 small onions of tropea
- 2 slices of black rye bread
- 4 brussels sprouts
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
