Palermo shrimp skewers

Peel the prawns.
Put on a skewer.
Aside from doing the compound with the breadcrumbs, cheese, marjoram and parsley together and season with oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
You pass the raw King prawns, dried beforehand, in this mixture and cook on the grill.
It sprays with olive oil and serve with parsley potatoes.

- 800 g of fresh prawns
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of fresh marjoram
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of parmigiano
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
