Swordfish skewers
Instructions
Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl, two cheeses, a handful of parsley and chopped garlic, half a teaspoon of oregano and Mint as much.
Add a few tablespoons of oil and stir until mixture is smooth and well connected.
Aligned the slices of fish on the table, fill with mixture and stow 'em forming of spring rolls.
Infilzateli in the skewers alternating with lemon leaves, washed and dried, and cook on the grill for 4 or 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.

- 800 g of swordfish cut into thin slices
- 300 g of breadcrumbs
- 100 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese

- A few tablespoons of olive oil
