Plum kebabs (2)
Instructions
Soften prunes for 2 hours in warm water, then drain and dry.
Place an almond inside each plum, then wrap it in 1/2 few of bacon.
Skewer and then to 2 to 2 plums on 8 wooden skewers, arrange on a plate and place in the oven already warm for 15 minutes, stirring often.
Submit hot skewers by placing the base of each toothpick into a grapefruit in a Cup.

- 16 prunes without stones
- 16 salted roasted almonds
- 8 strips of bacon
- 1 grapefruit
