Turkey skewers to maize
Instructions
Put in a bowl four tablespoons of olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, a teaspoon of mustard, a sprig of Rosemary.
Well emulsified sauce.
Cut the Turkey into small cubes, zucchini slices, tomatoes in half, sliced cobs.
Put everything into the sauce and let it marinate one hour.
On eight wooden skewers alternating ingredients strung, but near Turkey put a slice of speck.
Cook the skewers on the grill while bathing frequently with the marinade.
Serve immediately.
