Zibibbo wine and cheese skewers
Instructions
We need 12 wooden skewers.
Remove the berries from graspo, without squashing them or break them.
With a Pocket knife to peel grapes and reserved on the pot in a cool place.
Remove the cheese rind, cut in cubes the size of grapes.
Slide on wooden sticks alternating grapes with cheese until you finish the ingredients.
You may want to serve with aperitifs.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of muscat of alexandria grapes
- 200 g of caciocavallo cheese
