Mouth-watering kebabs
Instructions
Beat the meat, place on each slice half a slice of ham and a slice of cheese.
Roll each slice of meat onto itself forming rolls 12.
Slide on 4 wooden skewers alternating with Sage leaves.
Heat 50 g butter with 3 tablespoons oil, place the skewers and FRY well.
Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, and cook covered for 20 minutes.

- 6 slices of ham
- 60 g of gruyere cheese
- Some leaves of sage
- Olive oil
- Butter
- 1/2 cup of porto wine
