Fried bass
Instructions
Clean the fish, wash it and dry it.
Practice some deep incisions on both sides, going to fishbones.
Beat together flour, salt, olive oil and water, adding a little at a time so you get a smooth mixture and dense, with which rivestirete fish.
At this point use the bass in a tall Pan where you'll have well heated oil and Brown on both sides.
Cutlery then fish on a piece of paper towel to remove excess grease and cover with Ginger Sauce, garnish with parsley or green chilies.
Served piping hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 1000 g bass
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/3 cup of water
- Frying oil
- For garnishing:
- Parsley (or sliced green chillies)
