French spinach
Instructions
Carefully clean the spinach (must have fairly small leaves and keep).
Wash them changing the water 3 or 4 times, then dry in a towel.
Peel the grapefruit and remove the film that protects the flesh of cloves.
Divide the meat into small pieces and add to a salad bowl with the spinach.
Put in a bowl with oil, a pinch of salt and mustard, beat with a fork to form a sauce.
Their spinach and grapefruit.
Stir gently, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- 250 g of spinach salad
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
