Instructions
Make into small pieces the Turkey Breast, then salt and rub it with the clove of garlic.
Pour in 1 pan the oil, butter, some Laurel leaf, finely chopped onion and red pepper.
Add the Turkey into small pieces and let it cook well over low heat.
Pour into the pan the vinegar and cream.
Raise the heat and cook until the vinegar smell is almost gone.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 700 g of turkey breast
- Salt
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- 30 g of butter
- 1 onion
- Some leaves of laurel
- Hot pepper
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
- 200 g of cooking cream
