Instructions

Finely chop the chocolate and leave to soften in a double boiler, add the flour, sugar, butter and egg yolks working fine the dough until it becomes smooth and homogeneous.

Beat the egg whites until foamy and mix gently to mix.

Now pour the mixture into a greased of butter and put it in very hot oven for 20 minutes.

Let it cool down and then put it in the fridge.

Unmold the cake and cover it entirely with plenty of whipped cream.
