Instructions
Wash and coarsely chop the tomatoes, pass them to the blender with vegetable broth.
Filter the liquid through a colander and place it in a saucepan slowly bring to a boil.

- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of potato starch
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable cream
