Apricot spumoni
Instructions
Wash and reel off the apricots.
Pass it through a sieve and merge them gently to the whipped cream.
Transfer the mixture into a mold and keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Unmold the frothy mascarpone dipping the mold a few seconds in boiling water, upside down on a serving platter and garnish with languages of cat.

- 200 g of ripe apricots
- 50 cl of whipped cream sweetened
- Language of cat biscuits
