Frothy mascarpone with strawberries (2)
Instructions
Macerate strawberries, washed and cleaned, with the orange juice, then blend together with macaroon and the icing sugar.
Mix the cream with whipped cream, pudding mould and keep in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Serve upside down on a plate, decorated with strawberries and sprigs of cream.
