Ham spumoni
Instructions
Using a kitchen mixer, blend the cooked ham for a few seconds and add a little at a time, stirring, mascarpone, ricotta and salt.
Meanwhile, a mould previously lined greased of butter, with slices of ham, pour the mixture and let stand in the refrigerator for about 3 hours before serving.
Tip: you can cut it into slices and garnish with stuffed olives pitted for an inviting antipastino.

- 150 g of sliced cooked ham
- 200 g of ham (200 g slices)
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 200 g of double ricotta cream
- Salt
