Fluffy chocolate with berries and stringy candy
Instructions
Whip the cream and stir in cocoa powder and dark chocolate previously melted in a Bain-Marie.
Intersperse the berries and chocolate mousse in 1 glass.
Cook sugar until a caramel and with the help of a spoon to get the wires and place on top of the foam.
