Morsels of lamb
Instructions
Make a sauce with garlic, olive oil and pepper.
Cut the meat into pieces and blend it with the sauce bathing with wine.
After 6-7 minutes add onions cut in half.
Bake for 10 minutes.

- 500 g of lamb
- 3 white onions
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Rosemary
- Salt
