Instructions
Pour the first 4 ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice.
Shake vigorously and serve in a double cocktail glass and top up with very cold sparkling Brut.
Garnish with a cherry and a slice of lemon.

- 1/10 cointreau
- 2/10 peachtree
- 1/10 lemon juice
- 6/10 smirnoff vodka
- Brut sparkling wine
- For garnishing:
- 1 red icing
- 1 slice of lemon
