Instructions
Cut into two herring spinandole.
Dip in flour on both sides.
In a large pot, melt the butter and lay the herring that, over low heat, gently take a golden color.
Once this operation should last 20 minutes, have herring on a plate covered with sliced onions.
During cooking the fish sauce that is the reduction on low heat for a half-hour of one liter of water, vinegar and sugar.
When it is ready, pour on lukewarm and herring jump and decorate the dish with wisps of dill or fennel.
Herring should rest a few hours before serving.
